My journey in marketing officially began in 2015 when I embarked on an exciting role as a Product Marketer for Chem-Dry HQ, a global leader in carpet cleaning franchises. During my tenure, I contributed to the expansion of Chem-Dry's network, leveraging patented products and over four decades of industry experience to solidify its position as the nation's largest carpet cleaning franchise.
Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a thirst for digital marketing excellence, I ventured into the realm of social media with the launch of StoryTap Media Agency in 2016. Fueled by a desire to carve my own path, I swiftly established a roster of clients ranging from emerging startups to established brands, helping them navigate the intricacies of social media engagement and lead generation.
In 2018, my journey led me to Lendio, where I assumed the role of Marketing Manager tasked with spearheading the development of their franchise concept. Recognizing the pivotal role of revenue generation, I pioneered innovative strategies, including hosting webinars and leveraging social media advertising, to drive tangible results and propel the growth of our team from a scrappy six to a formidable force of twenty.
Building upon my successes, I transitioned to Crumbl in 2022, where I assumed the role of Digital Acquisition Marketing Manager, swiftly rising to the position of Director of Digital Marketing. At Crumbl, I played a pivotal role in scaling the brand from 350 locations to over 1,000+ across three countries, while spearheading the expansion of our digital team and introducing new lanes of expertise in SEO and lifecycle marketing.
